Cultivating Unconditional Self-Worth | Adia Gooden | TEDxDePaulUniversity

Cultivating Unconditional Self-Worth (Adia Gooden)

Unconditional Self-worth is the sense that you deserve to be alive, to be loved, and cared for, to take up space.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I believe pervasive low self-worth is the root cause of mental illness.

Unconditional self-worth is the antidote to low self-worth.

Here are four ways you can begin to feel more worthy right here, right now.

1. Forgive Yourself

2. Practice Self-Acceptance

3. Be there for Yourself when life gets rough

4. Connect to Supportive People
