If you are going to make it in today’s environment, you need to have your brain switched on. It is not so much about what you study, but what the IQ, networks, and connections you gain will enable you to make of your life. You are not going to make it being passive. You need to actively engage. You need to ask questions. You need to never let your curiosity leave you. You need to never be satisfied with the status quo. Things can always be done better. That is why you were born. That is why you were endowed to create.
Don’t wait for anyone to give you permission. The only permission you need is the fact you are alive. Seize the opportunity. Seize the occasion. Give it a trial. You will not always get it right, but never cease to try. Each failed attempt is an investment in your education. It is a discovery of one more, ‘How not to do it.’ It is a discovery of more ways of doing it by tweaking and making adjustments.
You have a wonderful life ahead of you. Never ever give that away. You were born for a day just like this. Live!
