You Are Not Your Abuse:

The main thing is that any abuse case needs to be addressed. It must not be merely wished away or buried. It must be addressed. It must be defined in a way that empowers the abused to function normally. It must be defined to help the abused use the pain and the hurt, rather than be used by the pain and the hurt.

There is life after your pain or hurt. There is a life after your death experience. You can pick yourself up again. Only you can define your life and what it is all about. Don’t give that power to anyone else. Don’t give that power to the abuser, pain, or hurt.

You are the master of your fate and destiny. You are the captain of your soul. Let your fate be in line with your own dreams and aspirations. Let your soul go in the direction of your goals in/for life. You can do this. You can do it. Others have done it. Why not you?
