When Ayn uses the word "leader," her reference is to the position, not the person. Why? A leader will never prescribe to you your course. Only tyrants and terrorists do that.
This is similar to how we define Christian Counseling. Christian Counseling is not the process of telling people what to do. Rather, it is the process of helping people listen to the voice of God that is residence within them.
Those of you who I have counseled now understand why I ask the questions I lead you through. I am not God. I am not all-knowing. I do not have exclusivity to the Holy Spirit. I do not have exclusivity of intuition.
The task and or duty of a Christian Counseling, just as is required of a leader worth his or her salt, is to lead you to the source. Charlatans, tyrants, and terrorist cloth in seeming pastor's attire rather want to keep you ever immature.
Such want to keep you ever dependent on them. So, they dictate to you, rather than leading you to the Father, to the source of all wisdom and guidance. Beware of such dogs.
