Sigma Male Rules (Part One).

I am a Sigma Male, for those who don't know me that well. Here are 15 things I don't like.

1. Constant Social Interactions. I can bear Facebook, beet face-to-face, I can only do so many body counts before I need to re-energize. Sorry o! You thought I am a classic extrovert. Sorry, to disappoint you. 'Tis nature, not nurture.

2. Rules and Status Quo. That is not difficult to find out. My workers know. Everyone who spends 5 minutes with me knows. Sorry, I don't fit into your box. I love being me. I am free-spirited.

3. Routine Tasks. God did not put this amount of intelligence in one body to do what every Tom, Dick, Harry, Alaba, and Iyabo can do. Let us raise the stakes.

4. Being Forced to deal with a lot of details. I am strategic in nature and operation. I hate being lost in the weeds. Lee that to others people. I am the overview man, the compass of the team. The details someone else can work out. That is why I buy other people's time.

5. Not getting enough alone time. Thank God for Covid-19. It has been ablest. No complaints working from home. I can do this for the rest of my life. Sorry to the extroverts and tyrants who need someone else to energize. God created me, for me with me. I love me. I love me as a company. I am at home with me. Sorry, to disappoint you, but I am enough. Me first. Others later. Call me a sinner if it makes you happy. I am a happy sinner.

6. Being pressured to talk about my feelings before I am ready. I sure use to be a perfectionist. I grew up that way. After two bouts of depression, I have since said bye-bye to that. I ain't no perfectionist no more. I do my best and trust God with the rest and the result. Easier said than done. I am a work-in-progress.

7. Having to compromise my values. Ask my workers and those who've worked with me. I take ownership of all I do. I don't know how to work with a half heart. It confuses a lot of people, beet I love me.

We shall take a commercial break here. Too much divulging for a day.
