Your Life?
One of the leading causes of depression is idleness, a lack of exercise of the mind. By the Law of use, what you don't use, you will lose. You then need not wonder why people are losing their minds. It is simply a lack of engagement.
One of the easiest ways to ensure your mind is always engaged is having a definite aim in life. Do you have one? If you don't have a definite aim, who has and is fooling you? Why are you wasting the investment in your life? Please wake up from your long, drawn-out sleep.
Get a definite aim for your life. Even a bad one is better than none. A bad one you can always improve on as you get wiser and get more information. Get about determining what this life of yours is all about. Look at yourself on your death bed. What would you have achieved that will make you ascertain you have lived a good life?
Now put together a plan to ensure that will be the case. Don't assume it will happen by chance. Life is never by chance. Everything works by choice. Choice, not chance, is what dictates daily living. Only fools leave things to chance, and I know you are not one.

Your Marriage?
What is the definite aim of your marriage? Do you have one? Who deceived you not to have one? Don't you know what you see is what you get? Why won't you see you and your spouse enjoying old age together after the children have all left home?
No wonder divorce is so prevalent in our society today. People do not see far. Hence, they get to the middle of their marriage and are confused. They never saw further. There is a reason you were given inner vision. Please use it for the good of your marriage.
Have a vision for your marriage up to your death bed and put a plan in place to achieve it. Remember, it is not going to happen by chance. It can only happen if you choose it to happen. So, why won't you choose your own happiness?
