Choose Life (Part Eighteen): Change is Good For You.

Set Free By My Right Focusing.
Now a certain man was there who had an infirmity thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?” (John 5:5-6, NKJV)
We continue this week with the story of the sick man healed at the Pool of Bethesda. [John 5:1-15].

EVERYTHING you ever wanted can be yours! If only you are willing and ready to be made into the person's fullness that can handle it. The reverse is not necessarily true. We have to become the person who will attract the things we desire. Things don’t just happen.

People make them happen. And they do this by making the necessary adjustments required to attract that which they desire. Change is good for you, and you need to make it happen. Life waits for no one. And, remember, there is no vacuum in life. You are either happening to life, or life is happening to you.

The choice is always yours to make. Jesus tells us,
“Be willing and make the necessary shifts and adjustments and everything you desire will be yours.” [Matthew 6:33, paraphrased]
God has no problem giving us that which we want. His priority, however, is MAKING US, NOT GIVING US. When we are made, the person we become will attract all that we desire. You can have all that you want! Let God make you. Be malleable in His hands.
"You can have all that you want! Let God make you. Be malleable in His hands."
As James Allen would say,
“Men are anxious to improve their circumstances, but are unwilling to improve themselves; they therefore remain bound.”
Are you guilty of this? What are you waiting for? God has made His move. When are you going to make yours? Your miracle is not where you use to be. It is where God wants you to be. It is not in the old-time religion. It is where the Holy Spirit is. It is not where our fathers use to be. It is where God wants us to be today.

It is not in the “fish, cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions, and garlic“ you had in Egypt. It is in the “manna” He has for us TODAY. [Numbers 11:1-15] There is a place called THERE, and it is waiting for and on you. You can become better. You can do better. You can have more. Press into all that the Father has for you today.
