A Leader is a Believer

There is only one of two ways to live and or do anything in life. One is out of fear, the other is out of faith or love. Leaders do nothing out of fear. That is for terrorists, tyrants, and bosses. They are too scared of their own shadow. They read their demons into others.

Not so is the way of a leader. A leader believes in and embodies the spirit of abundance and generosity. He or she is generous in allowing people to express themselves and fully actualize. He or she is not scared of losing because someone else is gaining.

Leaders believe that which is theirs will NEVER pass them by. They are not about running from. Rather, a leader aggregates and pushes towards his or her defined vision, goals, and objectives. It is never about the competition. It is always his or her own definition of success, his or her own definition of where home is.
